About me-
I joined this site after reading the introduction at 1300tourer.com. I have been riding a Yamaha V-star 1300 tourer since 08/2008, and have had a great time. It was my first bike, and thanks to all of the great information from fellow riders and forum groups, I am really starting to feel like a true motorcycle rider. It is time to give back. I am graduating from school this week (8/4/09), and I plan on getting more involved in the charity aspects of motorcycle riding. Group rides and volunteering events are points of interest to me, so Riders United will be a great place to start. I do not need a reason to ride, but I love having a good reason to ride.
